Target group
The International Contracting and Contract Management course is ideally suited for project managers, buyers and executives with little or no legal training who are actively involved in concluding and/or executing contracts.
Lecturer
The training is given by Bas Ort, partner of Zwartbol Advocaten in Alblasserdam. Ort specializes in national and international contract and commercial practice and legal opinions in the maritime, industrial and offshore sector. He regularly teaches in-company training courses for clients on topics such as '(International) Contracting' and 'Law and Technology, the world of the lawyer and that of the engineer'.
