About Europort
With 27,000 visitors and more than 1,000 exhibitors Europort is one of the largest maritime trade fairs in Europe. Divided over 8 halls, various national and international players present themselves at this exhibition. Europort has a special focus on specialized ships and smart solutions for the future. The exhibition program covers the marine, maritime, offshore specials, inland shipping, dredging, fishing, cruise & ferries, workboats and superyachts sectors.
Visitors to Europort include: ship owners, shipowners, shipyards, design firms and other companies involved in shipbuilding investments for both newbuilding, repair and conversion. Such as superintendents, fleet managers, purchase managers, ship brokers, technical engineers, project managers and naval architects.
NL Pavilion
During Europort, NMT is organizing two NL Pavilions: one in Hall 1 and one in Hall 8. Both pavilions are excellently located, they are top locations for companies that deserve to be in the spotlight. Participation in one of the pavilions includes:
- Stand construction including display of your company logo and name
- Stand inventory, electricity and lighting
- Central lounge with catering (including lunch and dinner at evening opening)
- Networking reception
- Transport package
- Joint PR
- Support from NMT

Costs
The cost depends on the hall and the number of m2 taken. See below the price per m2, per hall (there is a minimum purchase of 16 m2):
- Hall 1: € 635 per m2 excluding VAT. (Full)
- Hall 8: € 585,- per m2 excluding VAT.
Furthermore, each participant is required to purchase a Marketing Service Package at € 395 excluding VAT. This Marketing Service Package includes: one invitation to the VIP reception, an unlimited number of invitations for business contacts, the use of registration banners, personalized exhibitor badges, mounting and dismounting passes, a company profile on the Europort website and the opportunity to share press releases via Europort channels.
