JRC and Alphatron Marine opened their new office in Curaçao with a great event last Friday, March 29.
The official opening was done by Eugene Rhuggenaath (Prime Minister Curaçao), assisted by Atsunori Sasaki (Representative Director and Senior Managing Executive Officer of JRC Tokyo) and Bart Brom (CEO Alphatron Marine). Enthusiastic speeches by three key persons with the focus on the need for professional and sustainable companies who strengthen and improve the economy on this beautiful island. They all have good faith in the shipbuilding industry, the required specialist services, and the employment opportunities. “I wish Alphatron Marine Caribbean the best of luck” ended Eugene Rhuggenaath. For the official opening moment a red button was pressed, followed by the sound of the loud horn of a KTK tug throughout the Sint Annabaai.
The new office building is strategically located on the Mathey Wharf in Sint Annabaai, the remarkable natural harbor that is the largest in the Caribbean. The Curaçao staff will be able to quickly respond to any sales, service and maintenance needs for new and existing customers and for all IMO vessels as well as mega yachts, fishing vessels and workboats sailing in the Caribbean and Central and South America.
