Launched in 1949, the 18.62-metre classic motoryacht Euros II (ex. Pelikaan II) has had her original exhaust system successfully refitted by MarQuip. A proud member of the Feadship Heritage Fleet association, the owners are committed to keeping their prized possession in tip-top condition while retaining the unique vintage feel.
MarQuip upgraded the dry silencer both in terms of noise reduction and suspension, significantly enhancing the performance of the systems in the process. The original underwater exhaust from 1949 was also modified and the scoop adjusted to reduce backpressure values for the Feadship’s original two-stroke Detroit Diesel engine.
