Critical Minds is working every day to reduce the lead time of projects, so that they are delivered on time. In the long run, this will help everyone in the organization to get into the ‘flow’ better and work with more pleasure. We work mainly within the yacht building, offshore and maritime industries. There we connect the knowledge from previous successes with new, innovative working methods. Our Critical Minds approach each project with a smart toolbox and a mindset all of their own. No thick reports full of management talk, but genuine advice and a hands-on approach, because we think and we do. We map out the processes and work with all layers of the organization on improvements, which are then implemented.
