In 2005, Jan Kroes founded a design- and engineering firm, focused on yacht- and shipbuilding. Having recently changed the company name to Kroes Marine Projects, we offer over 25 years of marine-engineering experience and with our ever growing team of (currently) 36 highly skilled engineers. Our track record shows us being a solid partner for shipyards, naval architects, designers and private clients. Throughout these years we have established a worldwide clientele for which we always aim a long lasting form of cooperation.Our activities Historically, Kroes Marine Projects has mostly been contracted by its partners for engineering steel-, aluminum- or composite ship structures systems engineering, and other miscellaneous engineering services. However, with the expansion of our team with naval architects, FEM specialists, and exterior- and interior designers, we can presently also offer an extended portfolio of engineering services. With this, we can offer our clients a wholly integrated portfolio of shipbuilding engineering services. Our integrated approach is something our clients greatly appreciate, citing it’s one of Kroes Marine Project’s greatest strengths.
