Flow Center of Excellence (or short FCoE) is a small innovation center, located in the ‘Duurzaamheidsfabriek’ in Dordrecht. Our mission is to facilitate both industry and vocational education, with our two industrial installations. With the XCaliber flow loop on the one hand and the Dynamic Maritime Test Facility on the other, we offer flexible and intrinsic save environments for testing new innovations (e.g. prototypes) and/or training purposes.
