Yanmar is a large and comprehensive diesel manufacturer of medium-speed and high- speed marine diesel engines. To help customers out at sea wherever they are, Yanmar has established a trusted service and spare parts network.Yanmar produces high-power, medium-speed propulsion diesel engines with an output of between 368 kW and 3310 kW. The engines’ energy consumption is highly efficient, emitting reduced NOx emissions to protect the environment. The engines have good acceleration characteristics. Yanmar also produces auxiliary medium-speed Engines with output range from 180 kWe to 3300 kWe. They are designed to be fuelled with normal gas oil, marine diesel oil and heavy fuel oil up to 700 cSt. The rpm of our engines varies from 720 up to 1200 rpm.We also produce a wide variety of high-speed commercial engines from 9 to 1340 kW. These engines are light-weight and compact with high-power output and high combustion performance. They have mechanical control. The range also includes engines that comply with European emission standards and various IACS quality certifications.
